FIRST complete the BRIDAL CONTRACT and the ITINERARY REQUEST and return to Elements Salon and Spa via in person or email @ frontdesk.elements@yahoo.com and our Wedding Coordinator will contact you to confirm further details about your special day.

Once all services are confirmed and booked, two weeks prior to services, all members of the wedding party will receive a copy of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS to review and sign. This is a reminder of our policies and procedures Elements has in place to ensure your day is a success!
