Angela is a hairdresser, educator and entrepreneur! She is forever curious & loves learning more about the hair industry. She is also a mother of two super savvy young boys. She loves to travel, listen to live music and go to hairdresser conventions!
Academys and conventions have taken Angela all over the country where she has gotten the chance to learn from amazing people in the industry. She has over 26 years of experience and has honed a variety of specialties like barbering, naturally curly hair and color services. She loves everything hair! Oh, and food, she's definitely a foodie!

Susan is the head Receptionist here at Elements. Susan has been married to her husband for 28 years and has three handsome sons. Her primary passion is being a real estate agent. She has been working in salons for over 35 years!

Austin was born and raised in Green Bay Wisconsin. Graduating from West High School in 2008, he later graduated from Wisconsin College of Cosmetology in 2010. He became Ouidad certified in 2022. His passion for the art is making people feel vibrant and beautiful.
Austin and his partner of 8 years own a house in Bellevue and enjoy tubing on the Wolf River in the summer and visiting Door County for wine tasting and shopping in the fall.
Brenda Hnilicka
Brenda is our Bookkeeper and Receptionist. Brenda, also known as Momma Brenda, has been married for 35+ years to a wonderful guy and has a beautiful daughter! She also has a grandchild that is the light of her life. Brenda has over 40 years in customer service and enjoys helping everyone! She believes that everyday life is the best education.

Allison has loved doing hair since she was a kid. It was her passion to make people look and feel their best. She loves doing cuts, colors, and styles. Allison loves learning and continues to better herself everyday.
Allison stays busy with her step daughter Brynn, who is her bestie! She has two dogs, Milo and Nola that she adores! Allison loves boating, snowmobiling, and spending time with family and friends.

Bri is a bright and ambitious stylist. She enjoys being creative by doing a variety of different services such as coloring, cutting, and extensions.
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her friends and family, and catching up on her favorite Netflix shows!
Jenna Johnson
Jenna is married to a wonderful man, Eric Johnson and is a mother to her sons, Warren & Otto, and a baby girl born in fall 2022! She enjoys family time, camping, boating, skiing, watching live music and anything in the outdoors.
Jenna studied at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She has been at Elements for over six years and prides herself on going to as many classes as she can attend. She has attended classes in New Orleans and frequently attends local mens, color and makeup classes. She specializes in updo's, makeup, coloring including foiling, balayage and dimensional color, haircuts, facial waxing and pedicures.
